Diana worked as USMA’s Lead Medical Assistant prior to becoming Office Manager. Her passion for helping individuals who suffer from tickborne disease and vast knowledge of office policies and operations has made her a perfect fit for managing USMA. Diana is responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction, and serves as a trusted extension for all patient issues and customer service.
